Welcome to Kayslaay's Studio. By booking or engaging in our creative consulting services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please review carefully before entering into an agreement.

1. Services

We provide creative consulting services including, but not limited to:

• Personal styling and image consulting

• Virtual or in-person creative direction

• Brand, E-commerce, content, and merchandising consultation

• Styling for campaigns, events, or personal clients and beyond

• Consulting on musical projects in any capacity

Services will be defined in writing prior to project commencement through proposals, contracts, or invoices.

2. Payment & Fees

• All fees must be agreed upon in writing before services begin.

• A deposit is required to secure services, with the balance due upon delivery / prior to project completion / on a set schedule].

• Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made in writing at least 2 days before the scheduled session.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking at our discretion.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide timely communication, accurate information, and access to any necessary materials.

• Delays caused by missing information or lack of cooperation may affect timelines and outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

• Any concepts, designs, styling direction, or consulting materials remain the intellectual property of Kayslaay's Studio.

• You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our work without written permission.

6. Payment Processing

We use secure third-party payment processors to handle all payment transactions. Your payment details are processed securely, and we do not store your credit card information on our servers.
